Jack brings his knowledge of the financial services industry incorporated with his Series 7 and 24 licenses to provide a unique perspective of a working knowledge of the industry to his qualitative studies in financial services.
Web Usability: Jack has designed and implemented numerous web properties. His work with a leading finanical services firm resulted in the creation of an award winning (Top Intranet Site of the Year) effort that has become the primary means of marketing and sales information for a Fortune 100 company. Because of Jack's knowledge and working experience on web design and implementation, you can be assured of research that is practical, actionable and detail driven. His approach to usability goes beyond task driven research that is done by most other researchers, to a format that incorporates qualitative and usability to actually understand the motivations, feelings and attitudes of the user, not just the format of the site.

Jack received his BA from Stony Brook University and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
