Communication Skills for the Sales Professional
 
This specialized training program provides active listening and communication skills to sales professionals for sales presentations, client meetings and interactions.   

This program focuses on learning communication skills that are used by professional moderators in focus groups to elicit insights, attitudes and feelings from respondents.  These skills are conveyed to the sales professional to assist with all aspects of client and prospect interaction.  
 
This program will improve the sales professional’s overall communication skills as it shows the proper techniques for:
•    Building listening skills in order to clearly ‘hear’ the feelings and attitudes of a client and prospect  
•    Developing effective questions and discussion ‘road maps’ for meetings, one-on-ones or phone discussions
•    Understanding the impact of body language and setting an effective environment for discussions

Results from these groups include:
•    Improving the sales professional’s ability to close business
•    Conveying a more powerful advisory role to clients
•    Increasing the level of respect in your role from all members of the household
•    Create stress free ongoing interactions with clients

This program has been accepted by CFP Board and CE credits will be provided upon completion.
